Sometimes our perception of things isn't very realistic and that can hold us back from being the best version of ourselves. It's not necessarily because we are dishonest with ourselves, it can be for many reasons, including simply not knowing any better. In this episode, we discuss the importance of being honest with ourselves, and how we can actually be more realistic. At the end, some interesting thoughts are shared about what happens when we use our honesty and fully commit ourselves to be willing to learn.
In this episode, I talk about the importance of staying focused on our long term goals and keeping our eyes open on the bigger picture and why this is so important, especially nowadays when we have so many distractions and fatigue from our daily lives.
So you've been to the doctor, had your blood tests back and been told you have IBS. They've given you a prescription for Buscopan but it hasn't really helped. What Next?
In this episode, we talk about what IBS is, some science underpinning it and some tips to try and relieve your symptoms. However if symptoms do worsen do go and see your doctor and if there are any worrying signs, such as passing blood then go back ASAP.

Stop Waiting and Start Doing:
In life it can feel that we are, at times, waiting for the ideal moment to begin something. This is perfectly natural and we all do it at different phases of our life, but it can have negative consequences and hold us back from achieving what we want from life. Sometimes in life we don’t know what to do, or more accurately we do know, but we just don’t think the time is right. And that’s absolutely fine. But far too often what happens is we are actually afraid of failing or not feeling confident enough. So we tell ourselves that we are waiting for the “perfect time”. This time rarely comes. And even if it does, it doesn’t mean that we’re immune to failure.

Just a quick something I put together to try and give some pointers on how to take better care of yourself, especially with regards to your emotional health. This is an area that I personally feel is not taught to us very well in most cases and when we do get into difficult times in our lives or come under duress, we are ill-prepared to navigate through them.
Key Habits I mention:
