This episode starts off with me describing a few things that were confusing to me about this session - thankfully I figured it out -haha! Then we get into the recording and I added in a slice of the post trance part of the session where we debriefed just a little. Definitely one of those sessions that shakes us and over time the knowledge drops in, bubbles up, or however it settles in!

From our perspective there seems to be light and dark or benevolent and malevolent energies around us. What is the best way for us to protect ourselves when we are out in the world or around other people or energies?
What is the best way to protect or clear our homes, our selves, or our loved ones?
Are we always protected? How can we influence this? Is it different for each person and situation?
What is happening when we "protect" ourselves. I just have this feeling we're saying something that isn't completely accurate. Is there a better word or description for what we're doing when we sage, cleanse, seal, protect?
What are ghosts?
What are other entities that humans are aware of (aliens, ghost, vortexes...?)
Is there anything we can help them with? For example its many people's understanding that we can help a ghost or earthbound spirit cross over - is this true? Are there other things we could do with them or other entities that could help?
What makes an entity attach to a human?
9. What is the best way to release an attached entity from ourselves or our loved ones?
10. What else do we need to know or remember when in close contact with them?

September 24, 2021Experiencing Past Lives: Navigating Change / PLD 84
Sarah Leverett facilitated my Past Life Regression nearly a month ago. The audio file of the session recording holds all the magic of the session along with white noise that is louder than I would like it to be. Alas, I am the sole soul who works on this pod and I have already spent too much time on it! Please forgive me, it is better sound than the original file but this is as good as I can get it. Just like white noise, though, it disappears eventually as your mind focuses on the words and the story that is unfolding.
