This hypnotic journey is inspired by the Tarot card: The World. The words I use in this hypnotic journey were inspired by Oliver Findlay of Oliver Tarot.

We live in a world where we're always told that we need to do better or we're not quite enough. In this environment it can be easy to lose ourselves and feel like we're losing at life. 

The intention for this session is to ground your awareness into who you truly are. And we do this by honoring what you have accomplished this as a way to fill your tank with love appreciation and confidence for you to move forward in your life. Making it easier for you to weather the storms and the take advantage of the tailwinds in the world we live in and our own worlds we create everyday.

The first part of the episode is the why behind this journey and the second part is the actual hypnotic journey. Enjoy!

As part of my Life Between Lives (LBL) certification training, my instructor Madonna Kettler facilitated a session for me. I went in with some specific questions but mostly an open mind to go wherever I needed to go.
