Jardan works as a fitness coach who helps women to break free of the all or nothing mindset and OH MY GOD do we love this! The women on the podcast chair this week is Ash Weill, founder and owner of Sofia Socials.

I met her at a girls walk talk group for female business owners and her energy captured me straight away, she is just such a cool, approachable fun human and also wise beyond her years! And today we look into her story and who she is BEYOND BUSINESS. Ash used to be a professional athlete in swimming and swapped her whole life around a few years back when she realised, this is not the goal she wants to follow anymore. We chat about her journey in letting go this old identity and how to deal with the pressure when people think you are going to the olympics, how she then figured out who she is and what she really wanted - she tells us how she used to measure her success in to do lists, from moments when she felt like a fraud in the midst of the social media business world and how she chose to show up anyways. We chat balance in the slowness, being brutally honest with ourselves and how she allows herself be in flow.  This was such a vibey chat, and I hope you feel the same!
