I’m just jumping right in and putting it out there. This is a raw, real, and incredibly personal episode about mental health, specifically the darkest moment of my adult life that was the start of the path that I’m on now.
We recognize ourselves in others' stories, and I’m realizing that If I don’t share my story someone out there may not realize that they are not alone in their journey.
Here some things that I share in today’s episode:
In massage school I was told “This journey will change your life”, they weren’t kidding!
How our schedules impact our stress levels
Our stories around touch
The two major hurdles I faced when it came to advocating for my treatment
I also share the thought that kept me going throughout the hard parts of my journey.
