As someone who does a podcast called "Self Control," I could certainly use a little work on my own self-control from time to time.
If you're like me, you really only become aware of your self control or self discipline when it's lacking or when it's a challenge.
Addiction, bad habits, emotional outbursts, mindless consumption...
And then we snap back to reality and wonder how and why did I just lose control like that??
