if you’ve been following me for a while you probably realized i do not function well in chaos - i thrive in my routines and try to take as best care of my mental and physical health as possible, whether through exercise, therapy, journaling or (yes) cleaning. as such, i’m not surprised it has gotten me the reputation of a very structured and productive (if not obsessive huh) person. so, in today’s episode, i talk all about self-discipline; why it matters and how it’s helping me stay afloat, but even more importantly, how i began to implement it from a place of genuiene self-compassion and self-love - because there’s nothing more fun and encouraging than being your own cheerleader !!!
