Today we will focus on self-forgiveness for whatever may be troubling us as well as cultivating a healthy state of mind and allowing negative, destructive thoughts to leave us. When you forgive yourself, you set yourself free to truly flourish and become the best version of yourself. So sit back, get comfortable, and let’s show ourselves grace and love.
