  • Day 11 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Day 11 of our 30-day journey toward creating a life filled with self-love, and I'm genuinely thrilled to have you join us today. Whether you've been following along since day one or if this is your first video, you can jump right in from where you are or catch up by watching the previous sessions. I firmly believe that the more you engage with these practices, the closer you'll get to cultivating a life filled with self-love.

Now, let's delve into today's affirmation: "I am deserving of kindness, compassion, and understanding from myself and others." Just let those words sink in. When we truly internalize and believe this affirmation, it opens the door to beautiful transformations in our lives. You are indeed deserving of kindness, compassion, and understanding, both from yourself and from others.

For today's self-love task, I encourage you to stand in front of a mirror and repeat the affirmation to yourself, with a smile. Looking directly into your own eyes as you say it can have a profound impact. Feel the words resonate within you, and observe how it makes you feel. I'd love to hear about your experience with this practice.

Now, onto our journal prompt for today: Reflect on how it felt when you looked in the mirror and repeated the affirmation. Did you notice any shifts in your mindset or emotions? Did it strengthen your belief in the affirmation? Take note of any insights or revelations that arose during this exercise.

As an additional challenge, consider incorporating affirmations into your daily mirror routine, as I did during my own healing journey. The repetition can have a significant effect on reshaping your self-perception and beliefs.

I'm truly grateful to have you on this journey with us, and I look forward to witnessing the progress we'll continue to make together. Remember, each step you take brings you closer to a life filled with self-love. Keep up the amazing work, and I'll see you soon!

  • Day 10 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hey, everyone! Sam here, hoping you're having a fantastic day, no matter where you are in the world. Today marks day 10 of our 30-day journey toward creating a life filled with self-love. As the community host and founder of Safe Heart Connections, I'm thrilled to have you join us on this transformative journey. We're dedicated to supporting women in their pursuit of self-love, knowing that as they do, their lives naturally improve, and they forge meaningful connections along the way.

Throughout this 30-day adventure, I'll be sharing an affirmation, a task, and a journal prompt each day. I firmly believe that the more you engage with these practices, the more progress you'll see in your journey toward self-love. So let's dive into today's offerings.

Our affirmation for today is powerful: "I radiate confidence, positivity, and love from within." Just saying it aloud, I can already feel a shift in my posture. As we internalize and embrace this affirmation, it has the power to positively impact every aspect of our lives. I'm genuinely excited that you're on this journey with us.

Now, onto our self-love daily task: Take a moment to list three things you're grateful for today, no matter how small. I often talk about the concept of "three wins for the day" from the book "The Gap and the Gain" by Ben Hardy and Dan Sullivan. Gratitude is truly the cornerstone of self-love, so taking time to acknowledge what we're thankful for can have a profound effect on our well-being.

Lastly, our journal prompt invites you to envision your life a year from now, filled with self-love, confidence, and positivity from within. What does that look like for you? It's a powerful exercise that can bring about transformative changes in our lives. Take the time to visualize your future self, and consider what steps you can take today to bring that vision to fruition.

I'm so grateful to have you here on this journey, and I look forward to seeing the incredible progress we'll make together. Remember, just by imagining it, you're already taking the first step toward making it a reality. Keep up the amazing work, and I'll see you soon!

  • Day 9 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hello, everyone! Sam here for day nine of our 30-day journey toward creating a life of self-love, and I'm thrilled that you've chosen to join us today. Let's dive right in, and I'll introduce myself along the way. Many of you have been with us since day one, and if you're just joining us, feel free to catch up on the sessions you've missed or simply start right where you are today. Either way, I'm glad you're here, and I hope you're having a fantastic day, no matter where you are in the world.

Our affirmation for today is powerful: "I am deserving of success, joy, and prosperity in every aspect of my life." Let that sink in. When we truly believe and live out this affirmation, our lives become truly beautiful. Now, for those who may not know me yet, my name is Sam, and I'm the founder and community host of Safe Heart Connections. We're dedicated to helping women build lives filled with self-love, which in turn improves their overall well-being and fosters meaningful connections.

On this 30-day journey, we explore an affirmation, a self-love task, and a self-love journal entry each day. Today, your task, if you choose to accept it, is to take a break from social media and focus on being present in the moment. Consider unplugging for a little while, just as we do in our family. It's amazing how stepping away from our devices can bring us a sense of peace and joy.

Now, onto our journal prompt: Reflect on your self-care habits. Are there any areas you've been neglecting? Perhaps there's something new you could incorporate into your routine to enhance your well-being. Take some time to journal about your current self-care practices, what brings you joy and energy, and consider adding one or two new practices to enrich your self-care routine.

I'm delighted that you're here, and I look forward to hearing about your experiences. Keep up the great work, and I'll see you soon!

  • Day of 8 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

I'm delighted that you're joining us for day 8 of our 30-day journey toward cultivating a life of self-love. Today, as with previous days, we'll explore an affirmation, a task, and a journal prompt. If this is your first time here, you can catch up by accessing the previous seven sessions on the platform.

For those new to our community, a warm welcome to Safe Heart Connections, an online space where women empower themselves by embracing self-love and fostering meaningful connections. Let's dive into day 8.

Our affirmation for today is: "I am enough, just as I am, and I deserve all the good that life has to offer." Repeat it with conviction and truly embrace its message. As you progress on this journey, may you internalize this belief.

Now, our task for today is to practice saying no to a request or activity that doesn't align with your priorities or values. Setting boundaries is crucial, especially for women who often find themselves overcommitted. By respectfully declining, you create space for what truly matters to you and allow others better suited to step in.

Lastly, our journal prompt: Describe a moment when you felt proud of yourself. Reflect on the strengths you demonstrated during that time. It's common to focus on our shortcomings, but let's shift the spotlight to our accomplishments and celebrate them.

I'm thrilled to have you here, and I'm eager to witness your progress as we journey together toward self-love. Keep going strong, and I'll see you soon for day 9.

  • Day 7 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hey, everyone. Welcome to day seven of 30 on our journey of creating a life of self-love. I'm truly thankful that you're here with us today. We'll spend a few minutes discussing how you can cultivate self-love, and we have an affirmation, a daily self-love task, and a journal prompt lined up for you. So let's dive into what we're sharing today.

I'm Sam, the community host and founder of Safe Heart Connections, and I'm genuinely grateful for your presence here. We're an online community group for women, focusing on helping them learn how to create a life of self-love. By doing so, we see improvements in their lives and meaningful connections are formed along the way.

Now, let's get into day seven. Our affirmation for today is: "I release comparison and embrace my own journey with compassion." Comparison steals away the goodness in our lives, diverting our focus from our own progress. So let's repeat this affirmation, write it down, stick it where you can see it, or even record yourself saying it. What we tell our brains influences what we see more of in our lives.

For your daily task, I encourage you to do something creative for just ten minutes. Whether it's drawing, writing, singing, or any other form of expression, let your creativity flow. It doesn't have to be elaborate, just something that brings out your creative side. And if you do, I'd love to see what you create.

Now, onto our journal prompt. Reflect on activities or hobbies that bring you joy. Can you integrate these into your regular schedule? Consider how you can prioritize these moments of joy amidst your busy life. Perhaps setting aside dedicated time each week for your chosen hobby can help you build a life that aligns with your desires.

I'm so glad you're here for day seven of our journey. Remember, at the end of these 30 days, you'll have access to the journal I'm creating, either through Amazon or a digital copy from me. Your commitment to self-love is truly commendable. Keep going, and I'll see you soon.

  • Day 6 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hi, everybody. It's day six of 30 in our journey of creating a life of self-love. And you know what? It's the sixth day out of 30, which makes it special because we get to spend a few more minutes together today learning how to cultivate self-love. My name is Sam, and I'm the community host and founder of Safe Heart Connections. We're an online community group for women where we help women learn how to love themselves more fully. By default, this helps improve their lives and fosters connections along the way.

We're on a 30-day journey here, using affirmations, daily tasks, and journal prompts to create a life of self-love. At the end of these 30 days, I'll have a journal put together that you can purchase on Amazon or get a digital copy from me. Remember, creating a life of self-love is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. So let's dive into day six of 30.

Our affirmation for today is: "I honor my needs and prioritize self-care and self-compassion." Yes, please. Let's do that.

Now, our daily task is to reach out to a friend or loved one for support or to share a positive experience. As women, we often prioritize caring for others over our own needs. But it's essential to remember that we also need support and connection. So take the time to reach out today, whether it's through a call, text, or message in the Safe Heart Connections community.

And our journal prompt for today: Think about someone you admire. What qualities do they possess that make you admire them? Do you already have some of those traits? Take a moment to reflect on this and acknowledge your own strengths.

I'm so grateful that you're here for day six. We're almost through the first week of our 30-day journey. I can't wait to witness the continued transformation as we progress towards day 30. See you soon.

  • Day 5 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hi there, I am so glad you're here for day five of 30 of creating a life of self-love. And today is a special day just because you're here, because you're taking time to learn something new that could help you create a life of self-love. So I'm truly so glad you're here today. My name is SAM, and I am the community host at Safe Heart Connections, and we are an online community group where we help women learn how to create a life of self-love, which by default improves their life and helps them make connections along the way.

And we are on a 30-day journey here of going through an affirmation, a self-love task for the day, and also a journal prompt. I'm actually turning this into a journal at the end of the month that you'll have access to purchase if you'd like, and I'd love to just go ahead and dig in on day five and talk about the three things, the affirmation, the task, and the journal prompt.

So here we go. Our affirmation for today is: "I deserve happiness, abundance, and fulfillment in all areas of my life." I deserve happiness, abundance, and fulfillment in all areas of my life. Okay, y'all, really? Can we believe this? Can we say it and believe it and get that into our life? Because when you believe you deserve something, so many times dealing with self-hate or just not even loving yourself the way that you probably could means you just don't think you don't deserve it.

Once you shift your belief, then everything can change. So, by believing I deserve happiness, abundance, and fulfillment in all areas of my life, by default, you'll start to do things that reflect that in your life. And our task for today is just to do something small. Go into an area, like I've got my desk here, maybe organize that just a little bit.

A lot of times, um, we put off, we do so many things where we're cleaning and organizing and making everything good for everybody else that we don't take time to do that for our own personal space. And so just create a sense of calm and order and make sure that you have things that feel good to you.

Because when you do that, just taking that couple of minutes to do that, you will feel better, and you'll remind yourself that you're worth doing those things for you, not just everybody else. And then our journal prompt. Okay, this one is a little bit difficult, but I'm going to tell you, you can do this.

And I want you to think about how you speak to yourself. A lot of times we say things to ourselves either out loud or in our brain that we would never, ever say to anyone else. And so I would like you to write down how do you normally speak to yourself and maybe write down the alternate thing of what could you do instead?

What could you do instead to show yourself more compassion, kindness, and encouragement, and just love? If we just gave ourselves the love and the grace and the compassion we give everybody else, the world would truly start to become a magical place. Starting with us.

So I'm so glad you're here. Stay tuned for day six and we're going to continue to create a life of self-love together. So excited. Have a great day. See you soon.

  • Day 4 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

Hi there. I am so glad that you are here for day four of 30 of creating a life of self-love, and whether you've watched the first three videos or not, I am so glad you're here. You can go back and check those out. They're on my channel here, so you'll have access to go back and get caught up if you'd like.

If not, just move forward from where you're at right here today. And so my name is Sam. I'm the community host and founder of Safe Heart Connections. We're an online community group for women, and we help women learn how to love themselves more fully, which by default improves their lives, and they get to make connections along the way.

We're on a 30-day journey here of going through an affirmation, a task, and a journal prompt to help us do just that to create a life of self-love. And so let's go ahead and dig in for day four. Our affirmation for today is: "I trust in my ability to overcome challenges with grace and resilience." I trust in my ability to overcome challenges with grace and resilience.

One of the things about self-love, before you love yourself, most of the time, you don't trust yourself. And that's because you haven't kept your promise to yourself, you haven't kept your promise to other people in your history of being good to yourself is not trustworthy. So that's a beautiful thing that comes when you learn to love yourself, and that's trust, and it starts by trusting you.

And so to be able to trust my ability to overcome challenges with grace and resilience, that will definitely mean you are well on your way of creating a life of self-love. And then our task for today, just go out and do some physical activity. You can do it in your place where you live. You can go outside, yoga, dancing, walking, swimming, anything.

Take a few minutes for a physical activity that you enjoy and do that thing. Because a lot of times we say we're going to, and then we don't because something else comes up because we're not making ourselves a priority. And so today I would encourage you, do something that's good for your body. And just because you enjoy doing it.

Our self-love daily journal prompt for today, I want you to consider a negative self-belief or something you've been carrying. How can you reframe that and make it be something that's more supportive or empowering? One of the things I heard from an author that I follow is he was talking with someone and they were saying that they were a bad writer.

like a storyteller. They were working on learning how to do something new. And he said, how about you just change the word bad for new? So reframing it to where you're new at something instead of bad at something. Maybe that could be it. Maybe you're a new parent or you're not bad at eating healthy.

You're just new at eating healthy. You're not bad at creating a life of self-love, you are new at creating a life of self-love. So what negative self-belief do you have that you've been carrying with you for a long time? How can you reframe that and change it to something positive that will actually empower you?

And so just remember, we're going through this for 30 days. To create a life of self-love at the end of this, you'll be able to actually get the journal I'm putting together on Amazon or a digital copy, and then you can go through this over and over again because every time you do it, I think you'll learn something new about yourself and creating a life of self-love is not just a one-time thing.

    I'm so glad you're here.

  • Day 3 of 30 Creating a Life of Self-Love

I'm delighted that you're here for day three of 30, or perhaps this is your first time encountering our channel. Regardless, I'm thrilled you've joined us. My name is Sam. I'm the community host of Safe Heart Connections, and we are an online community group of women who are working on improving ourselves by creating a life of self-love and making connections along the way.

And so I decided to share this on my socials as well. So I'm delighted you came across this. My belief is that when we take just a little bit of time every day to focus on creating a life of self-love, it'll make our lives better in so many different ways. If you're looking for an online group of women to connect with and grow with, we might just be the one for you.

So let's go ahead and dig in for day three of 30. Our affirmation for today is, "I choose to love and accept myself unconditionally." Let's just sit with that for a second. "I choose to love and accept myself unconditionally."

What does that even look like? For so many of us, we're so harsh, and we judge ourselves so hard, much harder than we judge everybody else, because we say we don't judge, but we don't give ourselves the same grace that we give everybody else. So, the affirmation for today, "I choose to love and accept myself unconditionally."

And our task for today, if you choose to do it, is to treat yourself to your favorite healthy snack or a meal. What is something that you just totally enjoy, and maybe you don't take the time to make it, or you don't take the time to go to that place? You're doing it because you love it, and it doesn't matter if anybody else does.

So our journal prompt today is a little bit deeper than some of the first two, and some of these are going to be deeper emotionally. Some are just going to be like a soft, gentle nudge. But this one is, "What are your core values, and are you honoring them in your daily life?" One of my core values is creating a life that I'm proud of and leaving a legacy of love.

And so everything I do, I try to point to those two things. So if I'm doing something I'm not proud of, that's not honoring a core value. And if I'm not working on leaving a legacy of love and showing up in a way of love, then that's not honoring my core value. So how can you do this? And are you? So take just a couple of minutes and write those down, and remember, at the end of the 30 days, I'm actually going to have all this put into a journal you'll be able to get it on Amazon, or you will be able to get a digital copy from me, and I'm looking forward to seeing the transformation that happens to you and hearing your feedback on how going through these 30 days have helped you create a life of self-love. Glad you're here.
