Do you have self-love? Now, listen, don't tell me this. This is for you to think about. And I have to ask you this, because we are so quick to say how much we love this car, how much we love this house, these clothes, this makeup... this animal. But how many times are we ready to profess the love that we have for ourselves?

And more importantly, what does it look like? Or rather, what does it feel like? I don't know about you, but I'm on my journey with self-love and it made me think about this track entitled, "Self Love" by Jayson Lyric featuring Nevaeh. And in it Nevaeh's in the chorus stating, "I ain't trying to be stubborn, but I could use some self loving. I ain't got to say nothing. They already know how I'm coming. I been working on me. I been loving on me. I had to learn to love myself."

What does loving you look like? Again, what does loving you feel like? And can you do it on your own? She continues to say, "I don't mind no help. I rather do it by myself. No, I don't mind no help, but I rather do it by myself. I been working on me. I been loving on me. I had to learn to love myself." I want you to take some time to get to know yourself so that you can love on yourself. You know, when we love things, we treat them with care. So why not do the same with you?
