Continuing on from Ep 22 Narrative. I opened the box of resiliency but didn't go into great detail, so this is an exploration of how resilient we actually are.

We carry around so much heavy bullshit throughout our adult lives that weighs us down and effects how we treat ourselves & those closest to us. If we could only learn the freedom that's possible when we remove shit from the bag...we'd be so much more full.

A brief conversation about getting through the shit that we keep in our closet, hidden from the rest of the world.

Some of the shit that we feel entitled to do or say to another human is absolutely silly. From sexual advances, to sending unsolicited dick pics, we're out of fucking control.

Your "Voice" may not simply be the vibration of sound that exits your mouth when you speak, but could be a much greater strength.

Figured that episode 16 was a great time to provide an "intro" to the podcast. The title track provides a deep insight into my heart for humanity, authenticity & the struggle between pain & resilience.
