My topic for today is When Should I Pop that Pimple & How?
Here are 5 ways I address today’s Topic

2. When should your pop that random breakout that appeared overnight
3. Best times to pop that zit/pimple
4. Tips to help you deal with those random/unwelcomed pimples that decided to move in.

Let’s keep things moving.
Generally, I would tell you to keep those fingers to yourself and away from your face. However, I realized, different times bring different challenges.
In other words, I know the chances of you touching your face is much higher than usual. So, I highly recommend you leave it alone and practice some skincare TLC!!

However, if you feel like there’s no other choice but to pop it… It’s best to do it immediately after you take a nice warm shower.

Working Together Alone using virtual work sessions

Singing & dancing out loud - (Really) early happy hours in the house
As if I have the voice of Beyonce & Whitney Houston combined while dancing like I have moves like Beyonce or Ciara combine.

And of course, face masking while doing most of these activities
During these long days, I encourage you to make time for laughter, self-care, and try to get outside every day! Fresh air energizes and reinvigorates the soul. And truly, If you have any questions, or just need an uplifting word, please reach out. While I may not be able to see you for a few weeks, your skin health and wellbeing is important to me, and I’d love to help you in any way I can.
DON'T BE LIKE MY NEIGHBOR, Please!
My neighbor decided to lay outside on a lawn chair to soak up some direct sunlight for over an hour without sunscreen… Ouch!!
I was inside the car and I could spot his sunburn from far away!
