AI and automation are the hot topic right now and while some people are excited, others are worried about losing their jobs and the potential dangers of this new technology.

I find myself worried about what I’m going to do if this technology makes it near-impossible to find a job and what kind of social implications that might have.

I’m trying my best to remain positive though, as the future is totally unknown, and while it’s totally possible that this artificial intelligence will lead to dystopia or total destruction it’s just as likely that it will reign in a new age of abundance where people are able to pursue their passions and do what they love.

This is how I’m navigating these feelings right now.

Chatbot gpt and dall-e made me realized just how quickly things are going to change, but I’m going to try to make the most of it.

This is a song I have only played live a few times and really wanted to share already. It’s a song about the human condition, not just as something set in stone but as something that is always evolving and changing, a story which the authors are the characters.

This was recorded as a rough draft in a friends tiny studio in Hong Kong, and is without any editing, mixing etc. but as I’m not able to do any polished recordings right now I thought it better to share this as it is for now. Hopefully I’ll get around to re-recording sometime in 2023. I was not all that thrilled with the vocals and I’d like to put more instruments in the mix.

How I went from a total depressed mess to an overwhelmingly positive person. Since I was young I’ve always struggled with my emotions, falling into anger, rage and despair regularly. First I was diagnosed with ADHD and feeling that my very nature was considered a disorder (I never once saw it as one), I spiraled into a depressed mess of emotions and stayed that way for many years. Eventually I managed to pull myself out, without medication. I collected many mental and emotional practices that become tools and learned how to use my focus to recover very quickly every time.

The videos were taken around Kofuji Mountain in Shizuoka, outside Tokyo, a great place for viewing Mt. Fuji.

There are a lot of topics I could write and make videos on right now but since it’s new years and everyone is in the New Years Vibe, I thought I’d try out 3speak shorts. I’m not sure how it’s different from uploading a regular video but I sure do like having a 3speak app on my phone! hope they add new features and drop the SPK functionality asap because I’m excited to have a better alternative to YouTube to invite friends too, even if I’m also promoting my work on YouTube. love you all. happy new year and yay for jamming in a Tokyo department store
