In our first 2021 edition of our Seminoles Sidelines Podcast former FSU and NFL linebacker Brian Allen, who played for Bobby Bowden from 1996-2000, sat down to talk about his path to becoming a Seminole. Allen, who is now the head coach at Lake City (Fla.) Columbia High School, also talks about how and why he decided to become a coach. We also spoke with him about defensive back Shyheim Brown, who played for Allen and signed with FSU and head coach Mike Norvell in December during the NCAA’s early signing period.
