Yesterday I was asked to do an episode on why I decided to return for a second tour and become an 8412. There is no short answer to this. So in Benny fashion I gave you a long drown out story. Please keep in mind these are my views and my opinions. Based off of what I have seen.

The truth is so many people are meant to be leaders but lack the ability to mentor. They lack the ability to counsel. Instead they talk about how impossible the duty is. They talk about the failures not the success. They point the finger rather than be accountable. Let’s talk about it.
