Millions of people practice yoga believing it is simply exercise or stretching. But is that really true?

In this fascinating interview, Steve Cunningham sits down with Linda Clark, former yoga instructor and author of Yoga Unveiled: My Spiritual Journey from Darkness to Light, to discuss her twenty-year involvement in yoga, Reiki, and New Age spirituality before returning fully to the Catholic faith.

Linda explains how her conversion led her to abandon yoga after discovering its deep religious roots within Hindu spirituality. Drawing from years of research, personal experience, and testimony from others, she discusses why Catholics should carefully discern the spiritual origins of practices often presented as harmless exercise.

Topics include:

• The religious origins of yoga

• Why yoga cannot be separated from its spiritual foundation

• Kundalini and chakra spirituality

• Reiki and New Age practices

• "Christian Yoga" examined

• The meaning of "AUM," Namaste, Sun Salutations, and other yoga practices

• Personal testimony of conversion from New Age spirituality

• Safer alternatives for physical fitness

• Why Catholics should approach yoga with discernment

Whether you currently practice yoga, have family members involved, or simply want to better understand the Church's concerns regarding New Age spirituality, this interview offers an important discussion rooted in one woman's journey back to Christ.
