Béla Kiss was a Hungarian serial killer who murdered at least 23 women and one man between 1912 and 1916. He is also known as the "Vampire of Cinkota" because he was suspected of drinking the blood of his victims. Kiss was a master manipulator and a skilled craftsman, and he was able to elude capture for several years. He was eventually arrested in 1916 and confessed to his crimes. He was sentenced to death and executed by hanging in 1916.

The Stoneman of Mumbai was a serial killer who murdered at least 23 people in Mumbai, India, between 1985 and 1988. The killer's victims were primarily homeless men who were sleeping on the streets. Bruce George Peter Lee, also known as Peter Tredget, was a British serial killer and arsonist who confessed to a total of 11 acts of arson, pleading guilty to 26 counts of manslaughter. Maake committed at least 27 murders throughout 1996 and 1997. He was known for using five different methods of killing, having no clear victim profile, and being able to adapt his viciousness to any situation.
