Daniel 4:28-37

Sometimes God has to show us how little control we have over our own lives so that we realize that He is really the one in control. This was the case for Nebuchadnezzar, and today we get to read this incredible part of his testimony and finish out Daniel chapter four. It is going by quick!

Daniel 4:20-28

In this beautiful interaction between Daniel and Nebuchadnezzar, we see the mercy of God pursuing a sinner over and over again. This message to repent and come to God is open to every person who wants to get right with God. We will see the testimony of Nebuchadnezzar come to fruition next week, so stay tuned!

Daniel 4:1-19

God, in His wisdom, gave one of the truest monarchs in history a direct revelation in order to call him to Himself. This chapter shows us the difference between encounters with God or confessions of God and true conversion to God. May we never underestimate the power of our testimony.

This is how we ought to try to stand for what is right as we try to grow in favor with God and man. What an incredible account of men who were willing to risk their lives to serve God and who were blessed with ministry opportunities and promotion for following the Lord.
