What is it like to live free, having been rescued from inescapable enslavement? For 3,000 years, Jewish people have annually celebrated “the Passover.” Nothing more distinctively defines them as a unique, "rescued" people. Are you "rescued" or living in some bondage? Do you have a rescue plan? Is it guaranteed to free you? And then what?

What is your “identity:” your name, your family, your alma mater, your employment, your address, your social group, your church, your achievements, or your failures? What do you embrace as your “significance?” What would God say is your “true significance” today?

A life of true significance is a life that has been changed because of an awareness of the presence of God. God is very near to each of us. He longs for us to respond and move toward Him, which will change us into the men and women He has designed for us to be.
