In today's devotion we'll look at a verse from Isaiah 65. How easily we forget the important things in life. How easily we forget how blessed we are! How easily we miss the powerful and amazing things going on right around us! Take a few moments during this "stay at home" time to count your blessings. Maybe write them down and let your family look at them each night before bedtime. But remember something new is coming!

When we look at the brokenness in the world and the hurt and darkness around us it's easy to get overwhelmed. In this message Pastor Derrick helps us focus on what's important and how we can see that God has perfected even this challenging and difficult moment.

In the world of constantly changing restrictions and boundaries we're faced with a decision. Let our lives be consumed by the anxieties of life or fearlessly follow Christ. Now please understand I'm NOT saying that if you stayed home from church you did something wrong. Not at all. This message is about reactions in general to the anxieties we face in life.

Do we fear before we pray? Do we take matters into our own hands before we fall at the feet of the one who has the power to calm us in the midst of the storms of life?
