No other man is like Jesus – only Jesus is God and man. Jesus reminds us that the father of all the faithful, Abraham, rejoiced to see Jesus’ day.

Truth is a precious commodity. Without it, we will suffer from confusion, uncertainty, and loss. Nowhere is the truth more important than in matters of our eternal destiny.

We face the same problems as the people of Jesus’ day. Sin and darkness are all around us and within us. It is only in Jesus that we have hope.

One of the most important things for us to recognize about the Lord Jesus Christ is that in Him, mercy and justice meet perfectly. It is through Jesus’ work that God can be “just and the justifier of the ungodly.”

Jesus gave a clear gospel message at the pinnacle of the Feast of Booths. He called all who thirst to come to Him. This produces several reactions - from both the people and the leaders. Some were close to Jesus, some even closer, and others were very far away.
