Christians are called to influence the world for the glory of Christ.

Christians need a God-centered perspective in order to walk through the many hardships that come our way. God is sovereign and his plans are eternal. This truth will enable us to trust Him as we follow the same suffering-to-glory pattern demonstrated by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Contend for the Faith

Trust in the Lord and look to His faithfulness in the midst of the chaos of life.

Jesus prays that all who come to faith through the apostolic gospel would be perfected in unity and would persevere to the end where they will forever behold Him in His eternal glory.

God has ordained that elders lead the church, members follow their lead, and all serve humbly.

Jesus prays that the Father would keep his followers in gospel fidelity and sanctify them in truth as they’ve been sent on mission to the world.

Jesus prays for God the Father to glorify Him, so that He may glorify the Father now and for all eternity as He fulfills the pretemporal plan to save the elect through His work on the cross.

Faith that Makes the Master Marvel

Jesus promises His followers peace in the midst of persecution and a joy no one can take away. Since these promises are grounded in His death and resurrection, we should seek our joy in who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s promised.
