Jesus has chosen us and given us the most important job in the world.

Jesus promises to send “another helper” after His death, burial, and resurrection who would not only dwell with His people like He did while on earth, but would also dwell in them forever. This helper (the Holy Spirit) reminds believers of Jesus’ teachings and empowers them to obey.

Jesus calls all who believe to be all about the work of bringing people into fellowship with the Father.

Jesus laid down His life for His Church and calls His followers to do the same. As such, we are to follow Jesus in laying down our lives by sacrificially serving our brothers and sisters in Christ, whereby we most clearly demonstrate to the world that we are His disciples.

Jesus glorified God by entering and overcoming our darkness

Jesus shows us the way in humble service and calls us to follow His lead.
