Adam preaches Matthew 1:18-25, the story of Christ's birth. God supernaturally used normal sinful people to bring His Divine Son into the world, fulfilling Messianic prophecy and providing the way for God's people to be saved from their sins.

Adam preaches from 1 Tim. 2:3-7. The reasons we should pray evangelistically are found in the character of God. Salvation is God's gracious plan that He orchestrates for His good pleasure.

Adam continues the series in Timothy, preaching 1 Tim. 2:1-2. God requires corporate, evangelistic prayer from the Church for all people and especially for the government, the results of which are both external and internal.

Adam preaches the genealogy that begins Matthew's gospel. Far from being a dry and irrelevant list of names, this genealogy presents Jesus' right to the Messianic throne, highlights the wonders of God's grace to wicked sinners, and magnifies God's faithfulness to keep all His promises.

On our first official Sunday morning worship service, Adam preaches Matt. 28:16-20. Christ presents His authority over all the earth and His plan for the Church to make disciples from every people group in the world. He demands that people follow Him as His disciples, and then those believers must intentionally go to make other obedient disciples.

Adam continues a series in the Pastoral Epistles. After examining the damning work of the Law, Paul now extols the glories of God's grace. He praises the triumph of grace seen in his own conversion and exalts the work and character of Jesus Christ.

Guest speaker Daniel Gillespie preaches a hard-hitting message on John 12:1-11. This passage elevates, not Mary as an example of worship, but Jesus as the One worthy of extravagant worship. While some view sacrificial worship of Christ a waste, the true believer recognizes the value of Christ and responds with whole-hearted worship.

This second message from 1 Timothy continues Paul's confrontation of false teachers. He encourages a thoroughly Christian persepective and use of the Law while magnifying the glorious Gospel.

Adam begins a series in the pastoral epistles, three letters written to young pastors that are full of application for our church. In his opening, Paul presents the high priority of defending the flock from error and guarding the truth revealed in God's Word. In verses 1-7, Paul exposes the content of false teaching and the motives of false teachers, both of which should cause the young elder Timothy great concern.

Adam presents an overview of the entire book of Ruth, a story of God's providence in providing for His people. He calls us to trust the God who is just as sovereign today as He was for Ruth and who continually makes all things work together for His people's good.
