As we continue our series in the book of Philippians we are encouraged to keep moving forward in the Christian life, to be careful who we follow, and to remember who we are and where we belong!

Regular guest speaker, Doug Loveday, continued our series in Philippians "Joy in the Journey".

Guest Speaker Dale Ward continued our series in Philippians - Joy in the Journey. We learned from chapter 3 that, as Christians, we experience real joy when we serve God by His Spirit, boast in Christ Jesus, and put no confidence in the flesh.

Continuing in our walk through the book of Philippians, Doug Loveday highlighted our need for relationships with other believers to help each other walk more closely with Jesus.

Jeff Martin (WBC Elder) continued our series in Philippians - focusing on the humility of Jesus who was fully God and humbled Himself by taking on a permanent human body because He loved us. We are challenged to follow His example of humility; praying “Lord, show me what you want me to see and do and give me the strength to follow through!”

Dr. Barker challenges us with the same message Paul had for the Philippians: Since they were people that find encouragement and comfort from Christ's Holy Spirit and each other, they need to be people of unity, humility and generosity to others.

Doug Loveday continued our series in Philippians, encouraging us to live lives worthy of the gospel, which includes living with consistency, unity and confidence.
