Jesus had warned Peter that Satan demanded to test him, but Jesus assured him that He would pray that his faith would not fail. Peter's repentance led him to restoration and ultimately to Pentecost. We too can be restored into right relationship with Jesus.

Jesus willingly walked toward the cross and demonstrated His sovereign authority. He is God. He is powerful. He is Judge. And He is our Redeemer.

We are invited into the circle of perfect love shared by the Trinity. And then we are called to love each other in the same way that Christ loved us. This is sacrificial, unconditional love. As we abide in the love of Christ, we are able to lay down our lives in service for other people.

Our lives are meant to bear fruit as we stay connected to the vine. As we go through difficult seasons, we stay connected by remaining rooted in faith and believing His promises.
