Today we have the privilege of hearing a message from Pastor Donny Burleson. He digs into sin, iniquity and the bondage it causes.

What is the difference between sin and iniquity? If sin is the fruit of unrighteousness, iniquity is the root of unrighteousness. Iniquity is the part of sin that produces bondage. We have to deal with the "bents" in our life so we can be free of the bondage of iniquity. What we do spills out and causes collateral damage to those around us, those we love.

Many people have and continue to claim Jeremiah 29:11 over their lives. It's likely they don't know what they are asking for. The plans God had for His people included 70 years of exile and enslavement and 40 years of wandering in the desert. He delivered on His word to give His people what He promised but these plans didn't go like we would think. Listen carefully to the Word of God and the message preached here. The adversity, struggle and trials God lead His people through was preparing them for what He had for them. Press in deep and ask yourself, "How can I develop character while I endure through this?"
