In this episode of Serving Jesus Christ, Pastor Swanson shares an inspirational Sunday Message titled,

A Partner For Adam

As all of the animals and birds are paraded before Adam, not one of them was found to be a suitable helper and companion for him.

As he studied and named the animals. . . noticing their characteristics and similarities. . . none were like him.

Adam realized that none of the animals and birds that had paraded before him was created in the image of God in the same way as he was.

Creation was not finished until woman was created as the capstone.

Genesis 2:21-22 NAS95 So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. [22] The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.

God’s Word declares that the woman was made for man, made from man, and given to man as the greatest of all God’s gifts. She was even named by man.
