Today's Sets & Reps discusses the use and ownership of firearms for self defense. Shelby Young is an experienced personal trainer at Hampshire Hills Athletic club in Milford and happens to be one of the heads in the department I work in. He has a background in Olympic weightlifting and several forms of martial arts (including Muy Thai, MMA, and boxing). We hope the general population and viewer's like you can glean from this conversation, I know I did.
