We are 25 day into 2019, here are some tips to help us continue to have a FABULOUS year!

Since childhood, my mother taught my brothers and I to be bold in the face of everyone.  It’s a lesson I’ve been able to take with me throughout life and make it work to my benefit.

During my 731 days of healing, I had many more low days than high, I believe this is a normal part of healing do not be discouraged by your journey.

As I progressed on my healing journey, I documented the process. Today we take a look at June 4th 2017 and the realizations of that day!
