Miranda hires a Ukrainian maid with a non-ukrainian accent, Charlotte is self conscious about her body (which Carrie brushes off as "crazy" and "in her head"), and Samantha is just along for the ride looking FABULOUS and paying good money expecting a future Tony nominee to "service" her.
