Don't hyperfocus so much on fixing the problem that you remain stagnant. When the feelings arise acknowledge and honor them and then move...move your body to shift your energy, but also don't let that negativity keep you stuck in that dark feeling. Don't let it win. You're worth all the amazing things your heart desires.
