This week we're back with another solo Ep and we're going Innnnn (capital I).
In this episode I'm going into the top 3 signs you're being screwed over in a casual relationship or agreement. Among adults 18 to 29 who have used dating or hook-up apps, 30% of men and 23% of women had casual flings and with Gen Z reporting to be the generation with the lowest sex rates, something is clearly going wrong as it means a chunck of sex we're having is casual - inviting headaches. Here is a provide a fool proof guide on how to get what you need out of casual relationships and outline key guidelines as well as necessary boundaries.
In this episode you should walk away being able to implement boundaries quicker than a speeding bullet.
Bon Appetit.

Summary:
This week on Sexonomic we take a deep dive into the modern reality of living with HIV in 2023 and look back at just how far developments have progressed from the 1980s. I'm honoured to be joined by Eugene Lynch who runs the Positive Voices programme on behalf on the Terrence Higgins Trust. A charity named after one of the first people known to die of an AIDS-related illness in the United Kingdom.
One of the biggest take aways is the 2030 goal the organisation have to eliminate the virus. But the biggest obstacle for that goal is not medicine or treatment related, but rather lingering social stigma and its chokehold on preventing people from testing and treatment in the name of shame which is absolutely wrong and counter productive on every level.
Eugene shares his personal story and how we can all better take action in the fight to eliminate HIV and break the stigma around sexual health and testing. Because it all sounds very possible and achievable!

Have you always wondered to harness your looks to get what you want? Yes?!
Well thats too bad because creating attraction is about roughly having a 20% visual appeal of bringing them in, and the other 80% is how you work the connection mentally all to get the outcome you want. These 3 rules I explain to you aren't new or revolutionary, they are in-fact as ancient as time and very common in any sales business. But here I present the 3 simple and key skills I've honed in on at the strip club. Also how applying them into other facets of my life has radically changed the way I go after the things I want. Let me know if it helps!

Esme is a seasoned vet at the whole gamut of the sexual trade spectrum at 23. She started at just 18 years old and shares her own personal journey of how she came across the industry and how she navigated it as a young woman honestly and openly.
She explains how she started, how she elevated her portfolio, different avenues she went into and smart business decisions that have helped build a foundation for herself as well as a safety net.
She also candidly discusses how she found her way into being a sugar baby and gives precautionary and honest advice to anyone else looking to get into the sugar game which is an area in the sex trade with a lot of misinformation.
At a young age she's experienced a lot of life but is a deeply independent and undefeatable person who's story is insightful and bluntly honest. She also loves cats and rollerskating.
This is Esme.

Hi, my name is Heidi.
This is my first episode ever. I’ve created the podcast Sexonomic as a space to discuss all things sexual economy. From what it's like to be an average joe stripper, to information on sexual health, dating issues, gender politics, religion’s scope on sex, issues of sexual safety, origin explores of ‘types’ or why ‘blonde or brunette’ is a thing, to exploring discussions that touch around the weird yet wonderful phycological and physical part humans interact with everyday.
The reason for this podcast is to share, exchange and listen to different, similar or opposing information so people can have a broader understanding and make more informed decisions sex and cultures that follow it. The less we know, the more in the dark we are, and we’re not knowledgeable to make the most informed decision we can make.
Whilst I will and shall remain anonymous for now, I hope you find something worthwhile reflecting in the work I put out here.
