The containers we are born into shape how we think and how we act, and many of us have learned to splinter off and separate the different aspects of ourselves. We all have different wake up calls in life and mine came when I finally realized that the integrated self is the greatest version of the self. What becomes possible when we step out of the shadow of sexual shame, learn to be ourselves fully, follow the calling of our deep desire and live life accordingly?
