Dantilla was translated to The Strong Teeth by Mr. Ryder which literally is correct but I kept it Dantilla. The merchant's story was used by Victor to convince the bull Lively to come and meet Rusty. This led to a good friendship between Rusty and Lively.

Victor the Jackal went and met Rusty the Lion. He then went on to meet Lively the bull. This is third story of Book 1, The Loss of Friends.
