This Podcast; promotes to Norsheen & Vakaas (tenants). And the owners of Supercars Northampton Ltd. The logic of paying their landlord, £30 an hour, on their request, for lease non-compliance notifications. Against arguing, via their solicitor, on £300 an hour, counsel on £600 per hour, and a Judge, via 1’s taxes on £200 per hour. Not forgetting the tenants earning expectation of £150 per hour. (All such is covered in the terms of the lease, as time, is something we all treasure, even landlords, as no one, can replace time). You get my drift, (see what I did there). But tenant’s think it’s only their time, that has a value, for reasons I am not able to comprehend..

This Podcast asks; can the UK public, trust our Judges.  If you are thinking, of course we can.  Or if Judges do go off-piste, it would be for a good reason.  Or their deception, would be too well hidden, or too complex to document, for the CPS to prosecute, well think again.  -  In fact, may I recommend, you listen to this PODcast. As corruption in the UK’s legal process, is rife. And this PODcast, will leave you in little doubt, the solicitors & their counsel, are all in it together.. as they say...

It is all too easy to blame the landlord for the rent increase. Yet that is precisely what the government want you to do. On listening to this POD, you will understand how government actions and tax rule changes in 2016, lit the fuse, that could do no other than see residential rents increase at pace. And that was going to occur even without the huge rise in interest rates, which have made it impossible for even the willing landlord to delay the rent increases. The private sectors residential rents are always going to reflect that property's value and the cost of gaining a loan to buy the property. I,E, the governments help to buy, did little to restrain house prices, which rose during the period, thus saw rents also increase. Hope you find the detail helpful, it is accepted, there are many ways to calculate rent, but the POD goes some way to advise of the controlling financial levers... that the savvy and professional landlord will have to consider.

When the order taker, a BMW parts manager James, requests a colour option. But does not define the parts component’s, that are the variable colour options, then asks for the part to be paid in full.  All be it, it can be seen, to mainly be the order taker’s, lack of component and colour definition, that has resulted in, the supply of the incorrect part...

This podcast, is unique, likely a global first, in that it names, ( 7 ) UK County Court Judges. Who can be seen, within the same claim, too be complicit, in defrauding both a claimant, and a defendant, of circa £150k. With a sole benefit, of providing; Howes Percival LLP, one of the UK’s largest, solicitors firms... with an income stream, of circa £90k. Howes Percival’s, corporate slogan is; “solicitors you can trust”,  the podcast, will leave you asking, trust, to do what...??

So UK county court judges, who cost UK citizens, up too £5k a week, defraud the public; simply by discounting simple math and basic logic, and ignoring multiple commonly used, contractual documents. Along with ignoring, the government’s, own PAP CD rules, being the; Pre-Action Protocol, for Claims and Damages, relating to the dilapidations process, for a commercial building, at term end.  Which, on another day, the same Judges, would insist the claimant, defendant, and solicitors, strictly adhere too.

This behaviour, by UK county court judges, which can be seen to be no other than, blatant deception, is defrauding, thousands of landlords, and tens of thousands of tenants, of hundreds of millions of pounds a year, simply for the benefit, of solicitors. Further, the UK’s highly intelligent Judges, with a legal and moral obligation to do other, are promoting discourse, within our society...

 

The author’s main frustration is; the super intelligent Judges, can’t see the obvious and the inevitable effect, of their own, court-side deception.... The podcast will leave you in no doubt, the UK civil law process, has no other purpose, than to line the pockets of the solicitors... and the Judges can be seen to facilitate such, whether they be, incompetent (all be it, it’s their day job), or corrupt, is for the listener, to conclude.

The purpose of this pod, is to show that whilst it maybe assumed that a conveyancing solicitor, such as the named, can be trusted to deal with issues with logic and the law in mind. That is not what Goodchild Vizard and Smart of Northampton will do. It is simply the case that although the money, they retain is defined by law, as being owned equally by those detailed, on the Land Registry and Mortgage documents. Goodchild Vizard and Smart of Northampton, have retained a fund of over £10,000 for over 12 months, on the request, of one whom, can only be described as a deluded and bitter ex partner, who of course has no lawful right, to retain another’s money, whether they be an ex partner, or a disliked neighbour... UK law, clearly defines what should occur, if a societal dispute occurs, and the depravation of what is legally one persons, cannot be retained by a solicitor, on the request of another... Have no doubt, such illegal behaviour and action, is encouraged by solicitors, yes encouraged by solicitors, simply to line the pockets, of others in the profession.. These are the same individuals you go too, and have to trust in multiple other situations, where the stakes could be so much higher... But in this pod, solicitors can be seen, to blatantly ignore an individuals legal rights, for the benefit of their own profession... yes the UK, is a crazy and corrupt place, too hang out....

Deception in UK courts, is beyond peoples comprehension, and there is good reason why it remains under the radar.

“Shake the Tree”, exposes such is rife and names the deceitful, too include, the individual solicitors, their firms their barristers, their experts and the Judges, who they appear in co hoots with.

And of course some of the defendants... who they also defraud along with the claimants...

It is for the listener to consider what influence gender plays, the author just provides the facts....

Do consider, the extend of the deceit, is such, some named may loose their jobs and/or face criminal charges..

Or the Ministry of Justice will alternatively advise, solicitors and Judges may compose laws and ruling to suit themselves, led by their favourite members of the public...

And an ASTA and a Lease agreement and multiple Government rules are not worth, the paper they are written on...

The authors accepts, they will not be popular, but have no doubt, all named to include the Country Court Judges, were warned their direction of travel was not sustainable, but here we are...
