Podcast description: Yet another example of useless corporate governance, that the UK’s useless law allows, that leads to the incidental fleecing of the public, which is more likely deliberate than incidental. Beware, A, I, is coming our way, and such instances of fraudulent behaviour will increase, from what was once our trusted utility companies.

It is not the duty of a victim of fraud, to assist the inflictor of fraud, to not inflict fraud on the victim..

If such fraud is a system error, then compensation is required, for the inconvenience the inflictor has inflicted on the victim.

Such errors may include being charged for a supply of GAS, that would last the customer 138 years..

As though paying £161 per cubic meter of GAS, was not fraud in itself, without being charged for 276 cubic meters, that the house hold hasn’t used..

When the house hold, has further repeatedly stated, via the suppliers portal, they haven’t used... that volume. What say you... ??

Females lie, to get what they desire, males encourage them to lie, to get what they desire. Thus females are used as the infantry, basically battle fodder...  An example being, no male would be left standing, post quoting a plumbers repair at £15... But if one is attractive, eloquent, slim & called Evie, you may live, to return to the trench...  And when females don’t wish to be referred to, as battle fodder, they know what they need to do...  This Podcast further highlights, the destructive effect, the detailed blatant criminality of the named, have on society, if for no other reason, than the composer could be putting their time, to better use... Let me leave the wilfully stupid & selfish with a question... What is likely to happen in a society, that gradually transfers it’s GDP, from manufacturing to litigation... difficult one isn’t it....??

Wouldn’t it be terrific, if a forecast, could save you, 100 plus hours, together with many thousands of pounds? But would you, take heed, and pay another compensation, for their time loss, you have caused. Or would you hope, for a county court judge, on £4,000 a week, to rule in your favour, saying, you can waste, as much of another’s time, as you desire. The Rub is, you risk a bill of, £20,000 plus, just to see, which way the Judge leans...  May I suggest, via this podcast, you take in how the UK justice process works, then reappraise the options..

The older and the wiser will accept.., an unsavoury occurrence, can be thought provoking. But as such occurrences likely come with emotional distress, one really should savour, and act on the knowledge gained.  This podcast titled; “well mate, that’s just the way it is”,  is for those who don’t adjust their behaviour, or their thought pattern, based on such unsavoury occurrences.....

Politicians constantly bang on about growth, as though there would be an apocalyptic occurrence with out it.

This pod asks.. do our politicians have another agenda, or do they only understand simplified economics....

Is it reasonable of me to expect, a sectors leading manufactory, being Latham's Security Doorsets Ltd., to be able to supply stickers, in a manner, other than suitable, for the bin... ??

So Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd., do no other than ignore, their customers... so then what.. ??

Well Latham’s action, or lack of it, deems they think, it’s their customers responsibility, to prove that any defects, and any damage, within their products, was, or was not, apparent at the time of, the delivery of their goods.

So lets get an understanding of what Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd., are expecting of their customers.  A Latham’s steel door will arrive, covered entirely, in either cardboard, or polythene. It will be accompanied, by a polythene bag, containing the doors components, required to build the door set, the poly bag will hold, up to 10 separate items, per door. And any edging and security trims, will be provided loose.

Latham’s doors are very heavy, Latham’s videos show, a solo male, lift and move a door. Don’t expect to duplicate that motion, as its most unlikely, you will be able to do so..  What is more likely, three guys will safely remove a door from a vehicle, and place it ideally onto a pallet.. as soon as they can get to the pallet.

Latham’s driver, will then promptly request a signature, and they will be off, as is common practise in todays rushed world of commerce.  You will be left, with a door set, that requires two strong males to manoeuvre, and ideally a third, to inspect it. And your organisation may well have, in abundance, several strong males to accommodate, what Latham’s appear to desire.

The reality is, until all the packing is removed from the door set, and all the individual door auxiliary items are unpacked. And the door set is ready to install in the opening, it will not be known, if there is damage to the door set, or whether the manufacture of the door set, is as it should be. Or whether the auxiliary items, are complete and compatible with the door leaf and frame.

However, if you found issues that countered, your expectation, or that of your installer, you may find, as I have, Latham’s are less that willing, to engage with, or assist you.... And you may well find, yourself like I, requesting that your credit card provider, reverses the payment to Latham’s, or any other provider, that acts in a similar manner...

The time, effort, skill and knowledge required, to purchase a steel door, from (Latham's Security Doorsets Ltd.), “one of the UK's leading steel security door suppliers”, so they promote. Should be considered as nominal.

Well after this Podcast, you’ll likely have a different view.

Latham’s maybe good at taking money, and getting the consignment to the customer.

But this Podcast illustrates beyond that, their concern for their customer and the products they manufacture and delivery, stops.

Although it’s a criminal offence to lie and defraud others, that does not prevent Latham’s employees using deception during an everyday transaction.

So how can this be, listen to the Podcast and judge for yourself..

Further listen to the options that Barclaycard Commercial have been given, and see whether they promote fraud in society.

Or Barclaycard support a customer, in their aim not to allow Latham’s, to impose a known loss on a customer, as a result of their own neglect....

This Podcast; promotes to Norsheen & Vakaas (tenants). And the owners of Supercars Northampton Ltd. The logic of paying their landlord, £30 an hour, on their request, for lease non-compliance notifications. Against arguing, via their solicitor, on £300 an hour, counsel on £600 per hour, and a Judge, via 1’s taxes on £200 per hour. Not forgetting the tenants earning expectation of £150 per hour. (All such is covered in the terms of the lease, as time, is something we all treasure, even landlords, as no one, can replace time). You get my drift, (see what I did there). But tenant’s think it’s only their time, that has a value, for reasons I am not able to comprehend..
