Today we have on the show, Brooke McGregor! Kaleidoscope's COO and half of the magic behind our incredible juice selection. Brooke's background and specialty in nutrition is a driving force behind all of the intentional ingredients in each of our juices and smoothies. In this episode, we had a conversation about cleansing. Now, the phrase "juice cleanse" can feel somewhat triggering due to its ties to weight loss and unhealthy eating habits.
