Hay cosas que verle el lado positivo es todo un reto, pero al menos las críticas y el feedback pueden ayudarnos a mejorar.

Muchas veces buscamos dietas, trucos y secretos de como otras personas lo lograron. Y la respuesta esta en nosotros mismos en nuestras emociones. El problema no es el secreto, el problema es cuando nos estresamos o estamos tristes, lanzamos todo por la ventana.

Yo tenia prejuicios en relacion a lo que significa comer emocionalmente, lo que me avergonzaba reconocer que como emocionalmente. 

Cuando entendi que comer emocionalmente era que mi cerebro me estaba llevando a ser feliz, que es una reaccion natural a lo conocido, se me quito la verguenza y pude ver mas alla.

En este episodio hablo de una anecdota que ya te conte, pero desde otro punto de vista, para hablar de comer emocionalmente.

Aqui cuento como en ocasiones si me como la calma servida en un postre, pero otras ocasiones, decido por el triunfo necesitado en esos dias malos malos.

I learnt the value of health through a very difficult situation.  Obesity represents a really difficult health issue, with complications.  

No one wants to live it, I don't wish it to anyone but seeing my mom suffering with it made me look for solutions and choices.  

If anyone is in similar situations, they need to know there are options, support, ways.

 We have to support each other to make everything easier, better.

Tanto esperar por el éxito, y cuando llega la satisfacción, después de tantos años de trabajo, se fue muy rápido.

Little Nayreth brought me some messages, reminding me so many things, and who can be a better teacher than a child to remind us how to enjoy. 

We spent so long waiting for our success. How could be possible to wait so long and the fulfilment last a few days? I think we can do better, we can enjoy most of our days. 

I’m not too optimistic or a dreamer for thinking we can enjoy most of our days. 

I know we have a family to feed, goals to achieve, and so many things to do. We are not children anymore. But I’m just saying we could enjoy ourselves while doing all that.   

We cannot forget about ourselves, precisely, because nothing is easy, we need to make sure to find daily rewards and have fulfilment longer than a few days. Daily!
