I get really real and honest about what I learned and created from my recent long-term relationship and give you a set of resources to create a healthy relationship or separation - whatever you might need. There is so much for me to still learn and process but, I believe in love again. Hear the personal and stormy story of a growing Canadian digital startup, MowSnowPros, from Founder and CEO, Aidan Klingbeil. In this extraORDINARY interview, Aidan, one of my old friends from business school, shares his epic story of persistence and positivity in the face of a challenging digital marketplace launch.

It was 5-years-ago, Aidan and I had just graduated with business degrees, we lived across the street from each other, and would meet after work for beers (too often) to discuss and brainstorm ideas for his forthcoming business. Aidan had completed a degree in entrepreneurship and was obsessed with founding the next UBER-OF-SOMETHING phenomena in Calgary, Alberta of all places. A lot of people thought he was just kidding or being creative, but the man was committed. I knew it was only a matter of time before his obsession became his profession. #GoPro

Fast-forward to September 2018, and my crazy awesome friend Aidan has grown his on-demand yard care and snow removal app to serve 7 major cities in Western Canada, with more on the way! In this episode, he shares how he proved the concept and built the app on a dime, without prior app development experience, all while living with his granny and shovelling walks and driveways himself. #WerkWerk

The path was slippery and the grass didn't always grow - but luckily, Aidan really enjoys puns. He shares the literal weather and growth cycles he had to push through to get his business off the ground (#PunAccidental), his lessons around being a leader and growing a team, and where he is headed to next: most likely a big celebration before hunkering down with some huge choices. Fascinating stuff!
