Forgiveness is essential to our peace and freedom, and yet it is one of
the most heavy subjects to face--in part due to traditional advice on
forgiveness which feels manipulative, preachy and unhelpful. How does
one experience the true release that forgiveness can bring? What if you
forgive and still feel angry? Can you forgive and still maintain
boundaries? Do you have to forgive immediately?
Join host Leilani Carrasco and guest Lauren Webb as they unpack these
questions and offer a roadmap to true forgiveness. This episode covers
the first two practical steps to start off the forgiveness process.
(Spoiler alert: Neither of them involve forgiving.)
This part 1 of a 2-part series that covers topics of forgiveness,
religious programming, estrangement from family and somatic healing.
