  • Stop Giving a Ship!

All aboard for this insanely different & wildly therapeutic episode! Ever imagine what it would be like to work AND be on vacation at the same time? Sounds like the dream, right? This week we have on Katie Vigunas, who knows how to bring the fun (literally, it's in her job title).  Are you an over thinker, a people pleaser, or both?! This episode is also for YOU! Katie blesses Sam and Bryce with '5 Steps to Stop Giving a Fuck' which EVERYONE should know. Then the three get into a hilarious game of dealbreakers: Would you date someone if they only ordered milk at the bar? Someone that doesn't tip? Or Someone that tells sexual details to your parents in an oddly charming and casual way? Yeah... we get into the weird stuff. Of course we also talk Carnival and life on a cruise ship. That being said, there's a deeper message here. This is an episode you won't want to miss.

Also, Bryce and Sam discuss their taste in music (the new Miley album, hello!!?) and reflect on what has held them back in the past.  Listening to this episode is cheaper than therapy and has the same effects.
