Today I am joined by another one of NZs best coaches Shane Mcleod 

Shane coached the New Zealand Mens Hockey Team, the black sticks at the  2008 & 2012 Olympics and after a disappointing  games in 2012 he took some time to reflect, slowed down to speed up and came back a better coach 

That evolution led to coaching the Belgium mens hockey team to Olympic gold in Tokyo to go with the World title in 2018 and European championship in 2019.

We are lucky to have him back in NZ for a little while and after listening to this you will understand why, Shane brings so much which can help any team whether that be in business or sport
