Shannon Beador is suing her Divorce Attorney alleging that she was not properly advised during her divorce from David Beador. This includes allegations that the attorney didn’t account for the kids college tuition payments, that the Divorce attorney told her to settle the case because they weren’t prepared for trial and that she had to give up her USC endowment to her Ex. In other RHOC legal news, Shannon was also sued for defamation by Jim Bellino and subsequently won the suit with her successful Anti-Slapp motion.
