We're very excited to interview The Lifting Lawyer, Attorney Shannon Montgomery! She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. After graduation Shannon headed directly to law school at Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg Florida. It was in law school that she discovered her true passion for all things business.

Shannon took her first major role as an associate attorney with a firm in West Palm Beach, Florida where she had the privilege to act as Managing Counsel for one of the largest mortgage servicing companies in the country. She has more recently spent time representing corporate clients and serving their litigation needs across the state of Florida.

But what you see is not only what you get with Shannon. She is a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder with a fierce passion for health and fitness. She is not your traditional attorney, and this is how Montgomery Law, PLLC came about. Over the last year, Shannon has had the extreme honor of helping various social media influencer’s understand vendor contracts, and sponsorship agreements. She has provided insight to fitness brands and creative companies on how to ensure their brands are legally protected. Shannon had the honor of speaking at workshops in the fitness industry to help budding entrepreneurs get their businesses up and running the legal way. She even has a YouTube channel, allowing her to understand what content creation is all about.
