We loved sitting down with Tara and talking about the modern day health epidemic we call anxiety...
Tara Bixby is a Licensed Professional Counselor, the voice behind courageously.u, a fierce mental health advocate, an anxiety enthusiast, and, most importantly, an everyday girl who gets it. After struggling alone for years, she did the work, learned the tools, and is now on a mission to help women get out of their heads and into their lives.
Listen along to Tara's journey for the ways she has overcome her anxiety and how you can do the same.
To connect with and learn more about Tara, please follow her on Instagram and Facebook at @courageously.u or at her website, https://courageouslyu.com/
Books that Tara recommends...

Although all our little babies and toddlers have grown up, we look back with great memories and a little bit of sadness from when our babies were babies. The years really fly by so fast! We understand that the days can seem long and tiresome, but oh so rewarding. There is nothing like being woken up by a smiling baby at 6:00am!
We talk about some of the funny moments, some struggles, and of course tips from those days, and how we are doing our best to raise good humans.
Are you in the thick of those toddlers or baby years? Share your journey with us on Facebook! We'd love to hear all about it!

Mom guilt. We all experience it and it's never fun. As we go about the hustle and bustle of life we aren't always able to be there for our kids like we want (or they expect!) to be.
But by making the effort to be present when we are with the littles as often as we can, we can make the connections that will last a lifetime. Finding the balance in life is what makes it so worthwhile.
