Have you ever thought about how you want to be remembered when you die? What do you want to be said about you at your funeral? Thinking about your own mortality may make you re-evaluate how you want to live your life more fully.
What are some things you would want to be remembered for in this brief time we have here?
We had a great discussion about what matters and how we want to be remembered.
We hope to get you thinking about prioritizing your life NOW. Like Morgan Freeman says in the movie, 'The Bucket List', "You better get busy living, or get busy dying". It's your choice!

When Bethany Lee isn't writing, she is elbow deep in garden soil or peppered with dust from a mountain trail. She is decidedly an "outside girl" and loves biking, hiking, and basically any activity that can be done in yoga pants —clearly, she was born to write a book about an adventure in the mountains. Bethany is a communications graduate who has a soft spot for young adults and all of the cringy moments they experience every day (It gets better, friends). A creative writer since early childhood, she uses humor, honesty, and whimsy to pull the readers in and invite them to laugh, relate, and introspect. Bethany currently resides in Lehi, Utah, with her husband, three kids, and garden.
We loved chatting with Bethany about not giving up on your dreams no matter what. Don't ever stop pursuing what sets your heart on fire....Keep going, keep believing, move past rejection, fear, and failure. We also talked about helping teens understand their worth, favorite books, imposter syndrome, and more!
Bethany is officially an author after her book finally got published 10 years after she wrote it!! Her book is titled "Called Upon" and she is offering our listeners a deal. Brittany has been through some major hardships in her life. She has come out strong, brave, courageous, and learning she has always been good enough! Her story has many twists and turns. She has been through SO much!!
Lots of scary life events from a brain tumor, cervical cancer, coping with a serious accident her dad was in, being in 2 very abusive relationships, to even being kidnapped.
In 2017 she was crying on her living room floor wishing her life would end. When her life finally unravelled in 2018 and she was left for another woman, she chose the greatest victory of all.. learning how to love the woman looking in the mirror, and she turned her dreams into a reality.
It was a long journey to learn to love herself. After all she went through she was so afraid to trust herself again, because she had believed so many lies in her relationships. At times she was made to think all the problems were hers. She would question why she was not good enough in those relationships...what she learned was she is always good enough.
