When it comes to fashion really all have the same problem... Closets full of clothes and nothing to wear! Right?!!
Wardrobe stylist Delee taught us what slow fashion is and how to implement it in our lives and closets.
Slow fashion is a mindset shift. Look at your closet. How do you wear your clothes? How do you care for your clothes? AND how do you discard those clothes? Do you consume consciously?
We talked about 3 ways to find our personal style like Stacey London:
Who is ready to overhaul your closet now?
You can find more of Delee over at @thestylistnextdoor_ut
Delete also recommends watching the documentary the "True Cost" on amazon prime to learn even more.
We will also be adding a list of all her favorite places to shop sustainable fashion in our private Facebook group.

Can Journaling be therapeutic self-care? YES!
In this episode we talk about our experiences with journaling and how life changing it can be!
Pen in hand, writing out all the thoughts, the dreams, & the heartache can be very cathartic. Who would have thought putting thoughts on paper could be so powerful?! When we write things down they become true.
Journaling has been shown to reduce stress, increase memory, and keep thoughts and memories organized. Being able to look back on your growth can be exciting and rewarding.
Journal your LIFE into existence!
We'd love to hear your experiences! Do you journal?

Dannie is a mom of 3 boys, divorced and remarried, a breast cancer survivor, barre3 instructor, an artist, an areola micro pigmentation specialist specialist and a Christian. All of these things have come together and created the opportunity to empower breast cancer survivors-and all women-to rebuild after trauma (whether from cancer or other circumstances). She is Idaho's first areola micro pigmentation specialist! She has seen over 350 patients and started a non-profit Tit For Tat Collective aimed at helping breast cancer survivors with all aspects of recovery and treatment, also providing services to those who cannot afford the procedure.
Through Dannie's experience as a Barre3 instructor over the past 2 years, she has learned that many women (not just cancer survivors) are at odds with their bodies. Her goal is to creat a safe space for ALL women to begin to put themselves back together so that true, meaningful and lasting healing can begin and flourish. This begins with self-love for everyone.
