Have you craved to understand your strengths but struggled with feelings of insufficiency?
Our guest Heather Glenn thought that motherhood would fill that void but discovered that, although wonderful and fulfilling, a void still existed.
She began a journey to understand what she had to offer. She began to take more responsibility for her own fulfillment and progress. She finally began to understand why she had struggled to find work that she excelled in. Heather had been chasing jobs for the wrong reasons.
She tells us how she was finally able to understand her passion/vision/strengths. This process is what led her to start the work she does now.
Heather helps you find YOUR strengths so you can find your own path. She also works a lot with teens and young adults to help guide them through the process of what path they should take.
Whether you are an entrepreneur or seeking a conventional career, you will rise faster and work smarter when you leverage your strengths to increase your capacity. Cultivating your best qualities is how to create a fulfilling future!

Does this still happen after a certain age? How do you maintain relationship with your friends in your life? Is it ok to feel differently about hot-button topics? How do you handle differences of opinions? How do you deal with different personalities? How do you decide when to move on or create a boundary with a friend? Do you ever "fight" with your friends? Do you surround yourselves with people who think differently? Vote differently? Worship differently? Friendships that help us see things in a different way makes us more well rounded women.
Who has ever wanted to have a real wrestling match "fight" with their bestie?!

We were so honored to interview Annie Grace. She is changing SO many lives!
Annie is the author of This Naked Mind: Control Alcohol, Find Freedom, Discover Happiness & Change Your Life. Annie grew up in a one-room log cabin without running water or electricity outside of Aspen, Colorado. She discovered a passion for marketing and after graduating with a Masters of Science (Marketing) she dove into corporate life. At the age of 26, Annie was the youngest vice president in a multinational company, and her drinking career began in earnest. At 35, in a global C-level marketing role, she was responsible for marketing in 28 countries and drinking almost two bottles of wine a night. Knowing she needed a change but unwilling to submit to a life of deprivation and stigma, Annie set out to find a painless way to regain control. Annie no longer drinks and has never been happier. She left her executive role to write this book and share This Naked Mind with the world. In her free time, Annie loves to ski, travel (26 countries and counting), and enjoy her beautiful family. Annie lives with her husband and three children in the Colorado mountains.

After Kaci's husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor her family's life was turned upside down.
Kaci's incredible journey is so inspiring! She is an entrepreneur who has grown her business to over 7 figures all during this difficult time in their life, all while raising her young family and helping take care of her husband.
You'll be as awed as we were on Kaci's indomitable spirit, reliance on God, and sheer will to overcome life's most trying challenges over the last 9 years.
*After this episode was recorded during her husband's recent MRI scans the medical team found some flares of activity, so they are going in for surgery again soon. Prayers are with them all as they face this new battle.
Her families new mantra with this new battle is "I can. I will. I must"
