Are you guilty of burning both ends of the candle, always grinding to get results, and lately have felt the unavoidable burnout and fatigue? Perhaps there's a better way to refuel yourself before you reach that point and continue on the road to your goals in a healthier manner.
Life is filled with Highs and Lows. The higher your potential, the more lows you unfortunately experience. Managing both is the fundamental key to sustainable growth and success.
I was recently featured on the "Expand Your Experiences" hosted by my great friend Roshaun discussing how to develop a Wintality and a whole lot more. Yesterday I had the chance to speak some words of encouragement to up and coming entrepreneuers from Dallas Independent School district at the 2023 Hilltop Entreprenuership Gala hosted by HillTop Holdings. It's true, you're the sum of the people you surround yourself with. While this is great in theory, most of us don't know how to identify covert toxic associations and people in our lives. Today we discuss how to do just that.
Do you ever go through those periods in life where nothing's really happening? Meaning you don't feel like you're making progress in any one area, you don't see the growth, and you get down on yourself for not "producing?" Those are the most pivotal times in life and are often misdiagnosed.
